Wishing you all my love this Thanksgiving
Hello to all my furry friends and the humans that love us-
As I write my blog for November I am filled with a great love of everyone in my extended family-us canines, my feline friends, and all my special humans. The ability to love and be loved is the most precious of life’s gifts. The specialness of our love cannot be matched and is a love that is forever in our hearts and in our memories.
I am reminded that despite the great tragedies of this last month that only ‘in love do we sustain the living’.
Despite the hate in the hearts of others and the pain and loss it causes-in the end love will prevail.
‘Love is the thread that binds our lives in a lasting fabric which time will fray’.
‘Which time will fray, but only to be rewoven by each new generation’.
‘Each generation will lift the fallen, oppressed, and weak to their feet and hold them as they learn to be strong again’.
May we all commit to renew our love for one another this Thanksgiving-to make a renewed commitment to do good, seek peace, and in our own small way pursue love and work to heal the world.
Make a special effort to tell those close to you how much you love them this Thanksgiving-
Love and kisses from me Lizzie-
