Our state-of-the-art veterinarian hospitals features a fully equipped diagnostic laboratory, radiology department, ultrasound, cutting-edge surgical facilities…everything necessary to handle your pet’s emergency. You can trust IVS to provide fast, comprehensive and compassionate care.

At IVS we understand that pets are important members of your family. When pets are sick or injured, we want to provide the best care possible for them. Our hospitals are staffed by skilled doctors and nursing technicians that are capable of handling the most complicated and demanding vet emergencies. Quality patient care and client satisfaction are our top priorities. Our commitment is to provide families and their pets with the most advanced veterinary medical facilities, diagnostics, treatment, in a caring, compassionate atmosphere that is second to none.

Epi Pen‘Bee Kits’ – What are they and does your pet need one? – The IVS ‘Bee Kit’ was designed to treat the severe reactions a pet may have to bee and wasp stings or spider bites. Some pets experience mild reactions such as swelling, redness and itching. Other pets may react more severely with mild hives, facial swelling, vomiting, or in more serious cases- labored breathing and collapse.

‘Bee kits’ are provided for pets that have experienced severe reactions in the past. These kits (identical to kits prescribed for children) are prescribed by IVS Vets and are available through human pharmacies and are used only in extreme emergencies. These special ‘epi-pens’ (epinephrine) or Bee Kits are to be used in emergency situations ONLY, and MUST be followed by a Veterinary exam.

Although this lifesaving treatment may help initially, the treatment does not replace the need to seek medical attention by your Veterinarian.

After Hour Emergency Pet Care – We are not available for after-hours pet emergencies. However, we are fortunate to have several high quality Emergency Care facilities we can recommend within a 6-mile radius of our hospitals.
